Full Year = 1 April to 31 March
Half Year = 1st April – 30 September, or 1 October to 31 March
Our membership rates are as follows:
Full Membership $500.00 plus GST (single, two-part payments, or Paypal)
Half Year membership $375.00 plus GST
New Graduate Full Year membership $250.00 plus GST (conditions apply)
Student Full Year membership $50.00 plus GST
Non Practising membership: $100.00 plus GST
You will be contacted via email regarding payment of your fees within 72 hours of submitting the form below. Payment options include:
Cheque
VISA or MasterCard
PayPal (only available to set-up in the month of April each year)
– restricted to full membership payments
– deducts $52.75 per month (2012 amount) for 12 months from your credit card.
Eligibility for membership requires provision of a practising certificate number as issued by the OCNZ (Osteopathic Council of New Zealand).
If you are a student, please state this in the ‘Current Practicing certificate’ box in place of a Cert. Number.
